A Single Habit that Positively Affect Your Future
What is this one habit that you should start doing today because it will surely have significant effects on your future?
Hands down, it’s practicing gratitude.
It will have the greatest effect, because gratitude rewires brain to positivity and when your brain is positive:

Gratitude will change your thinking into positive and keep it that way. And everything in your life will raise dramatically: your health, relationships, finances, education, self-confidence, career… everything.
How to practice gratitude?
Every morning write down 3 new things you are grateful about.
Doing that in the morning will improve your whole day.
New things will force you to think about your reasons for gratitude and will spark your creativity.
Writing down will activate your motor memory, will employ your whole body into this practice, thus it will accelerate your “rewiring”, increase and solidify the end effect faster.
It’s not obligatory, but…
You can practice gratitude in many different ways, the above method is just the most powerful while still relatively very easy to perform.
I do my gratitude journaling in the evenings and it sooths my mind that I sleep like a baby.
You can say thankful prayers or only think about your reasons for gratitude.
But I recommend the above 3-point method.
