A Habit that Allows You to Think Before You Speak
And it is just one of the many benefits it provides
The Mind-Tongue Motorway
Your outward talk and your self-talk are closely connected. Whatever you speak out loud, you have to first think in your head. You may not realize it because usually the flow of words is seamless. You think something, and it appears automatically on your tongue.
